MOSCOW, RUSSIA, June 15, 2000 - HRS -
Hotel and Restaurant Systems, a leading software developer
of country specific solutions for the hospitality industry,
today announced the successful installation of Trako in
the hotel "Karavella".
The hotel Karavella is located on the shore of the Black
Sea catering to tourists and business people alike.
Located in the centre of Tuapse, the three-star Karavella
Hotel was built to meet European standards to attract a
returning clientele. The hotel's original design
harmoniously blends with the town's architecture and the
hotel sports all of the amenities expected from at a 5
star property at 3 star pricing. Trako was chosen to
account manage guest postings and to control cash payments
inside the hotel. "I believe this program has a great
future and it is probable that most of the hotels in this
area will be attracted to its features. It is very easy to
use and controls cash payments seamlessly without much
notice from our guests," Konstantin Polski, a senior
restaurant manager in the Karavella hotel, said.
Trako was designed to keep customers
coming back. In the competitive world of hotels, casinos,
clubs, restaurants and entertainment complexes, being able
to keep track of loyal customers and their payments is
paramount. Trako interfaces with the full suite of Micros
Fidelio software products and is fully configurable to the
individual needs of any establishment. One of Trako's
strongest features is its report writing capabilities and
its ability to track multiple accounts across a range of
account types - corporate, family or individual.
