TRAKO installation in a leading Moscow hotel
 MOSCOW, RUSSIA 27 August, 2004 Hotel and Restaurant Systems (HRS), the market leader in information technology for the hospitality industry in Russia, CIS and Baltic States today announced the successful installation of TRAKO in the Moscow Sheraton Palace Hotel.
Management of Sheraton Palace Hotel together with TVB Marketing International decided to update their existing TVB Club system with TRAKO from HRS.
The TRAKO system was especially designed for hospitality professionals and will allow hotel management and marketing departments to track all club member's activity in real time, realise the loyalty level, market effectively to this loyal client base and easily communicate with them by e-mail using Microsoft Office Mail Merge feature.
For the Sheraton Palace Hotel the whole accumulated client base was conveniently transferred from the existing system into TRAKO. Additionally, TRAKO is integrated with MICROS 8700 Point of Sale System which will provide users with diverse marketing functions to secure the loyalty of repeat guests.
