The hotel management system Fidelio Suite 8 together with Micros 3700, which is a system for the restaurants, was installed earlier in «Art Hotel» by HRS specialists and now the last stage has been completed which is the installation of a club system – TRAKO.

TRAKO was designed for hospitality industry professionals to assist with the creation of a regular client database and to organize clearing with customers. TRAKO is an excellent product for all those who are interested in vital statistics and is aimed at finding new clients and encourages regular visitors. TRAKO club system provides hospitality professionals with information of the marketing efficiency of their campaigns detailing all client information. This is a multifunctional system and it can also be used for personnel meals management.

«Art Hotel», built in 2005 is located in the downtown within a few minutes walk of the main square in Voronezh and a five minute drive from the railway station. While conveniently located downtown, it is situated across the street from a park on a quiet street.
