For the hotel automation the management has chosen the world industry leader Micros-Fidelio solutions. The final stage of the installation will be the TRAKO club system. Club module TRAKO is a flexible and multifunctional system, which can suit practically any hospitality business. 

A large enterprise faces the problem of well-organized staff catering and TRAKO tackles these concerns by providing the hotel management with an effective computer based accounting of staff meals. This eliminates the necessity for manual data processing which in turn reduces the administration expenses and optimizes the work of the staff canteen. Each employee receives a plastic card enabling him or her to visit the staff canteen a certain number of times a day dependent upon their work schedule. When visiting the staff canteen an employee checks in and receives a ticket for the meal. The management of the hotel has cards not only for staff canteen meals but also for any restaurant of the hotel where one may pay by card. This type of canteen management automates the work of the accounting department and enables the hotel to reduce paperwork and costs.

The hotel management is now planning to broaden the tasks of TRAKO and soon the system will be used for marketing purposes and a discount club programme.
