HRS – the solely authorized MICROS-Fidelio, Bartech and Meeting Matrix distributor in Russia, the CIS, the Baltic States and Mongolia announces the successful project completion of intellectual management systems at first international hotel in Chelyabinsk - The Holiday Inn Chelyabinsk-Riverside 4*.

In this project HRS specialists had installed Opera PMS – for management of hotel operations, Opera S&C – for management of sales and marketing, Micros 9700 – for management of restaurant operations, Materials Control – for management of warehouse, calculation and purchasing, Trako – for marketing purposes and discount club programs.

It’s important to note that for HRS – this is the 6th hotel belonging to international chain Holiday Inn in Russia, which chose MICROS-Fidelio systems.
